Navigating our Communication Style

Navigating an important asset, we sometimes feel like we get wrong.

(According to me)

Communication is the control we have over ourselves and how we boomerang energy. Since I use the form of written words, my words are my power. Even our physical presence among others is a communication style that layers memories. Those who tune in might notice this.

COMMUNICATION STAINS THE AIR, EVEN AFTER WE'RE GONE.

PHILOSOPHY:

We automatically expect the sun to set and to rise, forgetting that it’s not guaranteed. Keep the mind present, aware, and grateful for the moment that surrounds it. Navigating the vibrations of an echo left behind, ricocheting off our senses is a tactic we naturally translate into feelings for better understanding. But it takes some hard work to acknowledge it.

REALITY:

I am often told that I OVER- communicate, OVER- analyze, and OVER- explain. I guess it’s the only way I know how to revise and retract my OVER- active mind from complication. I fold multiple drafts over in my mind that yes, fall out of my mouth at the same time. This can come across as an OVER- load, hard to follow, annnnd a bit obnoxious. But by creating a final draft of my response for the moment, I know I’m making a conscious choice for the energy I choose to boomerang. (v.)

I have to work on keeping a “silent reading” instead of reading the work I do in my mind out loud for the world to hear. But we all have our strategies for the control in our life. The only control we have is of ourselves.

The atmosphere doesn’t forget energy, it circles and dances in the face of our shadows. It tiptoes around corners and leaves a trail long after our graves go silent. It isn’t always heard and it’s hard to understand when listening, but it is here.

What left to us now, and what we continue to phase through is the haunting energy of the people who came before us and the people that surround us.
